1. Confirming cargo information
Mainly based on the packing list, determining the appropriate space, the appropriate route and the appropriate date of departure.
2. Booking
Booking with the carrier, including airlines and shipping lines.
3. Delivery (including cargos stuffed into the container(s) at the consignor's site)
According to the booking time, delivering the cargo to the warehouse one to two days in advance for air freight; delivering the cargo to the warehouse three to five days in advance for LCL sea freight; and delivering the cargo to the warehouse two to three days in advance for FCL sea freight, which can be further divided into the cargo stuffed into the container(s) at the consignor's site and the cargos stuffed into the container(s) after being delivered by the consignor to the port.
4. Inputting the information in the warehouse receipt
After the cargo enters the warehouse, the cargo's information and the consignee's information shall be inputted into the customs system, while a waybill or a B/L shall be issued.
5. Customs declaration
Declaring to the customs with the waybill or the B/L, as well as the contract, the invoice, the packing list and the power of attorney for the customs declaration.
6. Customs clearance
The customs examines the documents to see whether there is any need to check the cargo. If there are no doubts, the customs releases the cargo.
7. Shipping
The cargo is loaded on the airplane or the ship for shipping to its destination.
